Shipping and Handling
Please include an 8% charge for shipping within the continental U.S.A., please add 15% for shipping addresses outside the Greater U.S.A. All products are shipped within 30 business days of receipt of order. If there is a delay, we will advise you.

Special Orders
Special orders are welcome. We can get most books in print from any U.S. publisher.

Product Availability
Occasionally a title may be out of stock. If this happens, we will carefully choose another title–based upon readability levels and subject matter–of equal or greater value at no additional charge.

Return Policy
All items may be returned within 30 days of customer receipt for full credit. All returns must be shipped pre-paid insured in clean unmarked condition. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Personal Orders
Personal orders must be pre-paid by check, major
credit card, or money order.

Purchase Orders
Purchase orders are welcome, and must be signed by an authorized agent or supervisor on proper institution/school letterhead or form.

Payment Terms
Payment terms are Net 30 days.

Showroom and Conference Center
Our showroom and conference center are available for customer meetings at no charge. All meetings are by appointment only.

We require a $50.00 minimum on all orders.
