We believe that our catalogs offer a great selection of well thought out sets of books. If however, you would like to customize a set or order outside of the catalog, we would be happy to meet your particular needs.

Aside from offering inside delivery, all of our delivery service people are instructed to remove all carting and haul it away. Orders are delivered during normal school hours, however, in the unusual event that a driver is late, you are covered, as we authorize three attempts at delivery—at our expense.

4. Complimentary Library Processing
Unattached library processing is a complimentary service. Just fill out the easy to use form in our catalog and send it in with your purchase order.

5. No need for unfulfilled orders
If a book is unavailable or has gone out of print, our staff is trained on how to replace a title based upon readability levels, subject matter, etc. so that orders can continue to go out smoothly and in a timely fashion.

Because we represent over 250 publishers, we have the ability to get most any book in print. Therefore, you are dealing with one source for billing, payment, shipping, deliveries, resolution of issues, etc. All you do is place your order and the rest is up to us.

We have a large selection of materials that are appropriate for all levels of students. Our products are as diverse as the population in your schools: Special Education, on-level or gifted students.

8. You always know what you buy
All book sets are delivered either banded together, in a bag, in a plastic bin, or shrink-wrapped with the packing slip so you know what you ordered and there are no surprises.
