Library Services
We supply Library Services at no additional charge. Library processing must be requested with your order. Unattached processing will arrive within two to three weeks. Click here to download the Library Processing Form.

Shipping and Handling
Please include an 8% charge for shipping within the continental USA (except NYC), please add 15% for shipping addresses outside the continental USA. All products are shipped within 30 business days of receipt of order. If there is a delay, you will be advised.

Special orders are welcome. We can get most books in print from any U.S. publisher.

Product Availability
Occasionally a title may be out of stock— if this happens, we will carefully choose another at equal or greater value at no additional charge.

Return Policy
All items may be returned within 30 days of customer receipt for full credit. All returns must be shipped pre-paid insured in clean unmarked condition. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Our showroom and conference center are available for customer meetings at no charge. All meetings are by appointment only.
